After years at specialised firms in Barcelona, I returned to my home island to build a different kind of law firm: technical precision and honest treatment. I founded Forte Abogados in 2024 with a single purpose — to resolve your legal problem while avoiding unnecessary costs and keeping your peace of mind.
Roberto was born and raised in Ibiza.
He studied Law at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (2020).
After graduating in Law, he completed a Master’s in Legal Practice (2023) and a Master’s in Maritime Law (2023), together with several continuing education courses in Civil and Criminal Procedural Law, Urban Planning, Immigration Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In recent years he has specialised in wealth management, real estate acquisition and maritime law litigation.
Before founding Forte Abogados, he worked for prestigious lawyers such as Cristóbal Martell (Martell Abogados, Barcelona) and Almar Lawyers (Ibiza).
